CARLISLE, PA - Feb. 24, 2004 /Send2Press Newswire/ -- United Mobile Homes, Inc. (AMEX: UMH), the
twenty-fourth largest owner of manufactured home communities in the nation, today announced the 1st
phase completion date for Pine Manor, a 55+ adults-only, manufactured home community that will provide
retirees with care-free, maintenance-free living. Pine Manor, located on Cranes Gap Road amid the
quiet countryside of North Middleton Township, Cumberland County, PA will be open to residents
beginning in late spring of this year.
"Pine Manor will be the only retirement community of its kind in the Carlisle area," said Tom Stewart,

phase will include 28 lots. Upon completion, the community will contain a total of 100 lots. While

United Mobile Homes offers an extensive selection of home styles from Skyline Homes, with floor plans
from 600 to 1900 square feet. Prices range from $35,000 to $70,000 and financing is available through
