SULLIVAN CONSULTING GROUP ACQUIRES PACIFIC TREATMENT ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES

San Diego, CA -- (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE via PRNetwire) -- August 20, 2002, -- Sullivan Consulting Group (SCG), the leading professional services and environmental multimedia consulting company, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Pacific Treatment Environmental Services, Inc. (PTES), a San Diego based company that has provided environmental construction and remediation services for the past twelve years. The acquisition includes the addition of 20 professional and technical support personnel and will increase annual revenue to more than 6 million dollars per year. The transaction closed on August 15th, 2002.

PTES compliments SCG's existing suite of environmental and construction industry products and services which includes an enhanced capability in remediation and construction technologies, engineering design, base operating support and management services. The acquisition of Pacific treatment, in conjunction with Sullivan's existing service offerings, will accelerate the company's long-standing strategy for providing cutting edge professional services that support the entire design, build and operational lifecycle.

PTES will be collocated with Sullivan Consulting Group at 409 Camino Del Rio South, suite 204, San Diego CA 92018. Mark Owens, Vice President of PTES will continue to manage and oversee operations and customer service, reporting to Steven Sullivan, President and CEO of Sullivan Consulting Group.
