(OTC Bulletin Board: ARME) wishes to announce that Majestic Auto Ltd., a division of Hero Motors of India, has completed the engineering and manufacturing of the test model three wheel electric powered taxi cabs to be delivered to the taxi cab company in Mexico City for the Joint Venture Group. The inspection and testing by the taxi cab company will then generate the purchase order for the first 400 vehicles under the 42,000 vehicle contract. The contract for the delivery of these 42,000 electric powered taxi cabs is anticipated to provide $42,000,000 in gross revenues to the Joint Venture Group.
