Telecom Veteran Andy Sceats to Drive Growth in EMEA for Atreus’ IP Service Provisioning Software

STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN – VON Europe – Booth 654 – May 15 (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) — Atreus Systems(TM), the leading supplier of provisioning software for VoIP, IMS, and advanced IP service bundles, today announced that as a result of its global expansion, the company has achieved a major milestone with the successful deployment of its IP Provisioning Software on four continents. In addition to its US and Canadian offices, Atreus has opened a new office in London, the first in a planned series of international offices to support its growing worldwide customer base. Increasing its European presence, Atreus has appointed Andy Sceats as Vice President of Sales. In this new role, Sceats will be responsible for identifying and managing new business opportunities, while continuing to meet the needs of Atreus’ existing customer base.

Mr. Sceats is responsible for the sale and distribution of Atreus’ IP Service Provisioning software and services in Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA), representing the largest revenue earning region for Atreus outside the US. With more than twenty years industry experience, he has held senior management roles at other leading companies including Vados Systems where he served as General Manager. Prior to this, from 1999 to 2004, Andy was Senior Vice President for Network Equipment Technologies (net.com). From 1990 to 1999, Andy held a variety of successful Sales Management roles for Newbridge Networks. Under his leadership, Andy was responsible for developing the business with the company’s strategic partner, Siemens AG, where he lead the sales and services organizations to significant revenue growth. Andy’s success is credited to his customer focus and well-rounded management style. He is intent on identifying the best talent and ensuring his teams focus on putting customer needs first, while generating profitable revenue growth with integrity.
