About the T4 Program:
This program consists of a multiple award contract vehicle to provide a comprehensive, worldwide solution to support both VA and non-VA customers with a ceiling value of $12 billion. The T4 contract is similar to, but not a direct follow-on to Global Information Technology Support Services (GITSS), which was approximately $3 billion.
