(Pink Sheets: LSPS / LSPS.pk) announced its Board of Directors has authorized a one for four stock split of all of the issued and outstanding shares of the company of shareholder of record as of November 28, 2007.
The purpose of the reverse split is to bring the overwhelming number of outstanding shares to a manageable number as the company prepares to begin trading of its common stock.
