WASHINGTON, DC – April 26 (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) — PN Hoffman, Washington’s premier developer of luxury condominium residences, has contributed $75,000 to finance improvements at Chevy Chase Park, located at 41st and Livingston Streets NW in Washington DC. The contribution will provide funds to construct a running track around the existing ball field and for enhancements to the playground area.

The contribution will be presented in a ceremony at the park to be held at 10 a.m. on April 30th during the Park’s annual spring cleanup.

The park is located near PN Hoffman’s latest development, Chase Point. The 107-unit luxury building represents the first new residential development in the Chevy Chase neighborhood in nearly 20 years. Located on the site of the former Washington Clinic, Chase Point will feature residences ranging in size from 1000 to over 3000 square feet.

PN Hoffman is partnering on the project with Stonebridge Associates, a real estate development and consulting firm based in Bethesda, Maryland. Stonebridge is the project manager and financial advisor to the Chevy Chase Land Company for the redevelopment of nearby Chevy Chase Center.

PN Hoffman’s Uptown Sales Center, located at 4700 41st Street NW in Tenleytown, is handling sales for the project.

More information about Chase Point is available by calling 202-966-2100 or at www.PNHOFFMAN.com.
