Mr. Itzhakov has served as Princeton Disc’s Chief Operating Officer since January of 2001, and has been Director of Operations since 1999. He will also join Princeton Disc’s Board of Directors and assume partnership in the corporation.

Mr. Itzhakov is a seasoned executive with deep experience in business development, and operations infrastructures. Prior to joining Princeton Disc, he held several senior executive positions at various companies, including Vice President of Operations and interim CFO at Schick Technologies, a digital-imaging manufacturer; Senior Director of Operations at Sabert Corporation, a high-end, multi-plant plastic manufacturer; and Senior Director of Ascom Timeplex, a telecommunication switches manufacturer. He holds a BS in Manufacturing Engineering; and an MS in Engineering/Business Management.
