Olive Hill, Kentucky born Willie Davis is co-founder of Right Time LLC, a criminal justice consulting firm that has developed an innovative process that measures criminal offender rehabilitation. He has over twenty years’ experience in the criminal justice system and is also a marketing consultant who specializes in marketing strategy for independent businesses and non-profit organizations. Willie’s family, including brother Harlan who drew the illustrations for Olive Hill, was one of the hundreds of thousands of families who migrated from Appalachia America to the industrial north in the 40s and 50s. The author of now five books, Willie lives in Mansfield, Ohio with his wife Karen. He has two daughters, Jami and Erin.
