Osceola, Iowa is a sleepy manufacturing city in the heart of south central Iowa. Elected in 2015, one of the first items Mayor Thomas Kedley had on his agenda was the development of a new Recreation Center for the City of Osceola. Kedley has always had a sincere passion for public service. As Mayor, he wants to provide a better quality of life for all citizens in Osceola. Osceola has strong traditions and roots. As a Social Studies teacher, his plan continues to be to respect those traditions, but change the status quo.
