Ketolicious Kitchens, LLC is a Mexican-American/Native American, woman-owned company proudly based in Gilbert, Arizona. All products are low carb and no sugar added.
Ketolicious Kitchens exists for a very personal reason. It started with Lupita, who saw her grandmother and mother both lose limbs and suffer heart problems due to complications from diabetes and also saw very close friends die from the same disease.
While diabetes ultimately claimed her grandmother's life, Lupita is working hard to help her mom manage the disease with better food choices.
Frustrated with each visit to the grocery store resulting in finding nothing on the shelves to satisfy her mom's sweet tooth, Lupita realized she could make delicious breads, desserts, and meals herself.
Further, she decided she could do this not just for close family, but also share them with friends and others who are looking to combat diabetes, lose weight, or simply eat healthy.
From making these recipes grew the idea that we could help others more by sharing these recipes! So rather than only making meals, we now share these recipes and dry mixes with everyone around the world via this website.
We've experienced first-hand the benefits of a low-carb Ketogenic diet by losing weight and lowering our A1C's. We believe there is an enormous lack of options for Keto-friendly breads and desserts and hope this effort will help others stay in the fight for good health!
