Carter, Dr. Dorothy Height, Sharon Draper and Walter Mosley to New York City to Celebrate 100 Years of Bold Dreams and Big Victories. The NAACP Author Centennial Author Pavilion Themed “100 Years, 100 Authors” will bring an exciting mix of national, bestselling and upcoming authors, illustrators and poets to New York City, July 13th through 15th, 2009.

The hours of operation are Monday July 13th from 2 p.m. through 6 p.m., Tuesday July 14th 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Wednesday July 15th from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The final event is a conversation with Julian Bond and Dr. Cornel West taking place at Barnes and Noble Union Square on Wednesday July 15th from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. This discussion, moderated by Ms. Ochoa will discuss the “NAACP Past, Present and Future.”
