The special website set-up by CD Baby and which was retired Oct. 24th after seven weeks, showcased hundreds of independent musicians who helped with the hurricane relief effort by donating their profits to the Red Cross. CD Baby sent a personal email message to over 1 million CD Baby customers, telling them about the special promotion, encouraging them to buy some CDs from the special section.
