Brian Dubie was sworn in as Vermont's new Lieutenant Governor on January 9, 2003. In addition to his duties as presiding officer in the Vermont State Senate, Lt. Governor Dubie chairs Governor Jim Douglas' Homeland Security Advisory Council.
