SK&I Announces Use & Occupancy Permit Granted for Edgemoor Condominium  
 
BETHESDA, MD - January 21, 2004 /Send2Press Newswire/ -- SK&I Architectural

Permitting Services office has granted the Use and Occupancy Certificate for
The Edgemoor, a condominium residence located at 4821 Montgomery Lane,
Bethesda, Maryland.  The granting of this permit marks the final project
milestone, which enables the residents to begin moving into their units.  The
building has been sold out for approximately 8 months.

As the Architect of Record for this award winning design,  SK&I sought to
