To Launch Innovative And Award-Winning Project Kits For Kids

children's project kits is creating a buzz in the industry.  Jazwares

and activity company, and Scholastic Entertainment, the media and consumer

(NASDQ: SCHL), announce the launch of Project Kits(tm), an exciting new activity
line that will challenge young minds, and teach kids about science in a fun,
engaging way.  

The first two titles in the series feature the intriguing subjects of
Electricity and Magnetism, and both kits have just been awarded the prestigious
National Parenting Seal of Approval Award for 2003.

Project Kits(tm) consist of:
* An easy-to-read, visually-appealing booklet with activity suggestions 
* Step-by-step instructions for each activity 
* A neatly organized storage tray containing all of the components necessary 
  to complete the projects

Each kit contains over 17 different activities, and parent-child interaction is
