Direct Wireless Communications Inc. Announces Name Change to Health
Discovery Corporation

Communications, Inc. (OTC BB: HDVY), a biotechnology company which is
focused on "first-phase" biomarker and pathway discovery for diagnostic
markers and drug targets today announced that it has officially changed
its name to Health Discovery Corporation. The trading symbol for the
company, which is publicly traded on the OTCBB, will also change from
"DWCM" to "HDVY". These changes will be effective as of November 6,
2003.

biomarker and pathway discovery to be used by diagnostic and
