Williams held numerous executive-level positions with P&O Nedlloyd with a focus on

strategic initiatives.  As Executive Director and member of the P&O Nedlloyd Executive
Committee, he led successful programs to consolidate back office operations in China and
India, diversify into freight forwarding and supply chain management services, and
implement the company's strategic e-commerce systems.  Responsible for the worldwide
operations and business systems, his organization spanned a staff of 6,000 across 120
countries.
