Congressman Lamar Smith Receives ACG Growth Award

Congressman receives national recognition for supporting policies that foster and incentivize middle-market growth

CHICAGO, Ill., April 8, 2015 (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) -- The Association for Corporate Growth® (ACG), the global organization focused on driving middle-market growth, today awarded the ACG Growth Awards to Congressman Lamar Smith, R-Texas. Inaugurated in 2014, the Growth Award is ACG's highest recognition for service to middle-market businesses. Growth Awards are bestowed to appointed or elected officials, scholars, authors and others who have made significant contributions to the middle market. Leaders of ACG Central Texas in San Antonio presented the award to Congressman Smith in San Antonio today.
