(www.liteonit.com.tw) has jointly developed a new lightweight, portable DVD recordable drive product. It is projected after planned shipment early in the first quarter of 2004, this single product alone will immediately create over two million dollars in revenue for Visual Frontier. Visual Frontier has pointed out that the signing of this NDA agreement with Teac Inc. indicates a much higher level of cooperation between the two companies in the near future. A greater amount of contact and communication at all levels is expected, including plans to jointly research and produce several lines of products and to sell several of Visual's products throughout Japan and other European countries using the Teac brand name. Visual Frontier initially estimates this project will produce an additional two million dollars in revenue from sales of products with Teac Inc. originating in Asia-Pacific alone.
