   1. Be sure you receive a written explanation of the exact services to be
provided for you. This needs to include the guarantees for you ... and the
guarantees for your corporate sponsor who is paying for the service.

   2. Be sure that you understand the program and level of services your sponsor
company has agreed to provide. Outplacement firms offer a range of services and
the more advanced organizations make available a number of options that can make
job hunting easier and faster. If your sponsor doesn't offer everything you
