Muzak Names Vice President Client Relations

Lusk vice president client services, overseeing the development and operations of the company's
recently expanded customer service organization.

Muzak has centralized all of its client services operations into their home office in Fort Mill, SC.
The company held a job fair last month to help fill more than a hundred new positions.

Lusk has more than 20 years of leadership experience in customer service and service delivery.  She
has been responsible for designing and leading complex customer service organizations for such
companies as CNA Insurance, Ameritech Communications, MCI and Advanta.
