The Institute for the Musical Arts (IMA) is Pleased to Announce its Rock N'Roll Camp for Adults, Now in its Second Season, June 26th-July 2nd 2005
The Rock Camp, open to professional and amatuer musicians with an interest in performing, offers the opportunity to develop, arrange and perform original and cover tunes in a full band setting. IMA owns all the equipment necessary for any rock band and campers have access to it all. Participants bring original songs or creative writing and/or songs by other artists that they would like to learn. Selected original and cover tunes are arranged, charted out and rehearsed to perform for family and friends on the last day of the session. The camp is led by three seasoned musicians:
These three teachers will be joined by other guest artists who will lead evening clinics. IMA is also offering three Rock 'n Roll Camps for teen-aged girls. The first two sessions of the girls camps are full, but there are still a few spaces left in the advanced girls camp which is August 5-14th. For more information please visit www.ima.org
