SOLANA BEACH, CA - May 11 (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) -- Armor Electric Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board ARME / ARME.ob) announces the first delivery of the frames and bodies from Hero Manufacturing in India for the Mexico pedi-cab contract. The units will be delivered to the Armor Las Vegas facility via air freight during the week of May 15th. Armor and Hero engineers together recently incorporated specific enhancements to the design of the front forks and the frame to better accommodate the power from the electric propulsion system.
This new design change was heralded by both engineering groups as a significant 'upgrade' to the existing units giving the vehicle better performance and superior durability.

The first vehicle with these changes will be delivered from Hero via air transport. The EPS (electric propulsion systems) will then be installed at the Armor Las Vegas facility. Final testing of the complete electric powered pedi-cab unit will immediately follow. Upon completion of these tests, the regional Mexican Authorities will travel to Las Vegas for their final inspection and approval to consummate the first contract for the delivery of these vehicles to Mexico City.
Armor is pleased with the joint progress of these electric powered pedi-cabs and has received numerous inquires from companies and government officials both domestic and foreign. Potential negotiations with some of these interested parties for the use of these vehicles show great promise for future sales. Armor anticipates these electric powered pedi-cabs will be of exceptional value to the transportation systems of several major metropolitan cities throughout Asia, South America and potentially extremely attractive to the major high traffic tourist areas through out all of Europe.
