Every day it is important to select the best food and to take better care of ourselves. Princess Jessica shares "it is not always easy, but possible to do" if we all take one day at a time.

The video "An Elegant Princess Jessica Carol White" provided includes the following: "you should not wait for it to stop beating" and "every day" we can all make an effort.

Princess Jessica decided to visit the doctor who tested her for Sexually Transmitted Infections, checked her heart and completed a physical. The results came in, she is happy to know that she is completely healthy without any diseases. She heard the doctor telling his assistant "she is completely healthy" and others could do the same.

This is a great way to promote health and research for the heart in the USA and other places all over the world. Princess Jessica has been a supporter of different non-profit organizations over the years. And she is in the process of possibly starting a World Healthy Heart non-profit organization to help promote healthy hearts all over the world.

And it would mean the world to her on the day of her wedding to have people outside holding up red hearts to show that they also support healthy hearts all over the world.
