Winans to the position of President, CEO and a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Winans succeeds Robert J. Peters, who retired on September 3rd. Prior to his appointment with Pascack Community Bank, Mr. Winans served in the same capacity at Mariner's Bank in Edgewater, New Jersey.

Mr. Winans is a life-long resident of Bergen County who literally grew up in the banking business. His first job was with the Edgewater National Bank where his father was a long-time President and CEO before it was acquired by Commercial Trust, and again by United Jersey Bank. Winans ultimately became an employee of United Jersey Bank and its successor Summit Bank, eventually becoming a Senior Vice President. In 2001, he became President and CEO of the newly established Mariner's Bank.
Mr. Winans holds BS and MBA degrees in Economics/Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Teaneck, and maintains professional affiliations with the New Jersey Bankers Association, American Bankers Association, Community Bankers Association (NJ) and Independent Bankers Association.
