ASBURY AUTOMOTIVE SELECTS F&I MENU WIZARD

ABG), one of the largest automotive retailers in the U.S, has selected the F&I
Menu Wizard(tm) by software provider DealerWare LLC for its group-wide Menu

Asbury Automotive Group, Inc., headquartered in Stamford, Connecticut, is one of
the largest automobile retailers in the U.S., with 2001 revenues of $4.3
billion. Asbury now operates through nine geographically concentrated,
individually branded "platforms." These platforms operate 93 retail auto stores,
encompassing 131 franchises for the sale and servicing of 36 different brands of
American, European and Asian automobiles.
DealerWare LLC is a custom provider of automobile dealership software
headquartered in Marion, Illinois. Its flagship product the F&I Menu Wizard(tm)
is used in hundreds of dealerships nationwide.

finance and insurance products to all buyers all of the time - known as the 300%
